The attorney and staff at Pilgrim & Associates will be working hard on your
behalf to make sure your questions are answered and you are make aware of
the status of your case along the way.
When you decide to retain our services, you will have two, not one person,
assigned to your case. We call this our team approach. You will be
assigned a case manager who will be responsible for opening your file and
keeping you up-to-date on the status of your case. The case manager will be
your initial point of contact to answer procedural questions and receive
updates on your case.
Attorney Pilgrim’s responsibility will be to work on your legal strategy and
prepare for trial, if necessary. Attorney Pilgrim is the initial point of
contact for any legal questions you may have.
Please keep in mind, resolving a personal injury claim or moving through the
judicial system takes time. Please allow anywhere from six months to a year
for your legal matter to be resolved. You are ALWAYS welcome to inquire
about your case, however it is our policy to be proactive and contact
you via phone or email, whichever you prefer, along the way so you are aware
of what is going on with your case.
