A client came to me to represent him because
he was charged with Failure to Register, Sex Offender. He was facing
LIFE in PRISON. After reviewing his case and talking to the prosecutor, I
got his CASE DISMISSED.
A mom contacted me because her son was
charged with Sexual Battery and Terroristic Threats. He was accused
by an ex girlfriend of threatening her and attempting to sexually assault
her. They contacted me before he turned himself in and I represented him at
his initial hearing where I negotiated a dismissal of the felony charges and
got the charges reduced to disorderly conduct. He was given 6 months
probation and was allowed to return to school immediately after the hearing.
I represented a young man in an Armed
Robbery Trial and although he was found with some of the victim’s
property, I was able to challenge the prosecution’s evidence and the jury
found him NOT GUILTY of all charges.
A young man was charged with Murder
and needed my help. Through discussions with the Assistant District
Attorney (ADA) about his case and through extensive investigation, I was
able to successfully convince the ADA to DISMISS THE CHARGES AND FREE MY
CLIENT.
A young man came to our offices after
being charged with Burglary. He admitted to the burglary. I
negotiated with the Assistant District Attorney and he and the Judge both
agreed to DISMISS the charges. They allowed him to enter a diversion
program and his case was disposed of without him having a conviction on
his record.
I represented a client who wanted to
appeal his conviction. I researched the law and found that the court made
an error. The court denied our motion for new trial. We continued to
fight and appealed to the Court of Appeals. They agreed with us, the
case was ultimately DISMISSED and we set a precedent for future
cases.
Although I can’t guarantee the same outcome on your case, I will do my best
to give you the same high level of representation that will give you the
results you desire.
